To thoroughly implement the 20th CPC National Congress’s call to “accelerate the development of the digital economy” and carry out the State Council’s “New-Generation Artificial Intelligence Development Plan,” on 18 October the Nanshan District Federation of Industry & Commerce (together with the District Non-Public Enterprises Party Committee) officially launched the hands-on “AI Empowering Enterprise Digital Transformation” boot-camp at Qianhai Dream Factory.
The first cohort gathered nearly 100 party-member representatives from non-public enterprises, aiming to help companies make the critical leap from “knowing AI” to “deploying AI agents.” Jason Huang, R&D Director of Jiadayun, served as the camp’s “AI mentor,” offering end-to-end professional support for firms advancing their digital transformation.

Focus on real combat: solving last-mile pain points with practical technology
As the core segment of the boot-camp, Huang’s sessions were built around one principle—“enterprise-ready and reusable.” Combining theory with practice, he used Jiadayun’s own products as the main case study and drew on proven “AI + Industrial Internet” experience to deconstruct how AI agents work on the shop floor: from equipment-failure early warning to dynamic energy-consumption optimization, he laid out the full technology-deployment path and provided cross-industry reusable playbooks.
Recognizing that some participants were “zero-base,” Huang also ran on-site tutorials for lightweight AI tools. He gave concrete advice on common pitfalls—such as “over-valuing tech, under-valuing scenarios” and “inadequate data-security protection”—so that attendees could avoid typical missteps before they happen.
High praise from enterprises: precise demand-match, bridging the “how to use AI” gap

“The question is no longer ‘should we use AI?’ but ‘how do we use it well?’” one participant remarked, voicing the shared sentiment. Although AI is evolving rapidly, “can’t use it” or “can’t use it well” remains the biggest barrier for SMEs. The boot-camp hit that pain-point head-on.
Jiang Zisu, Sales Director of Shenzhen Business Center, said in an interview that the curriculum aligns perfectly with the national AI strategy; through hands-on teaching it converts AI tools into immediate productivity, so companies “can apply what they learn the same day.” Guo Xiaole, Party Committee member and Assistant Operations Director of Hytera Communications, added: “From intelligent inspection to smart law-enforcement, AI is reshaping private-network O&M. This exchange has opened new avenues for technical cooperation.” These real-world testimonials confirm both the content’s value and the program’s precision in matching supply with demand.
Building an AI collaborative ecosystem: pooling tech forces, injecting new digital momentum

The “AI Empowering Enterprise Digital Transformation” boot-camp is not only a concrete step by the Nanshan District Federation of Industry & Commerce (Non-Public Enterprises Party Committee) to implement the national AI plan, but also a key bridge linking “policy–technology–enterprise.” It gives firms direct access to high-quality technical resources, keeps them in step with the digital-economy rhythm and prevents detours on the transformation road.

By participating as an “AI mentor,” Jiadayun’s R&D Director Jason Huang converts his company’s AI expertise and field experience into shareable, reusable industry assets. This process not only lowers costs and boosts efficiency for trainees, but also creates a platform for non-public enterprises in the region to learn from one another, fostering a cooperative AI ecosystem. As such hands-on empowerment activities continue, they will inject even stronger digital momentum into Shenzhen’s quest to build a pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
